How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, then delivered within Pakistan in 3–5 working days after dispatch. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email once it ships.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Right now we ship within Pakistan only. If you're ordering from outside Pakistan, contact us and we'll let you know if we can arrange it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payment as well as cash on delivery (COD), where available at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. Please don't send anything back before we confirm the return address.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed before they're dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it needs to go through the return process instead.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 working days of your order confirmation, contact us and we'll check on it.
