These terms govern your use of arkvante.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but colours and textures can appear differently on different screens. Slight variation between the photograph and the item you receive is normal, particularly with hand-embroidered and textured fabrics.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or the product is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment must be completed before dispatch, except for cash-on-delivery orders where available. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

Returns and shipping

Returns, refunds, and delivery are covered by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, product designs, photographs, and text — belongs to ARKVANTE. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from your purchase. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
