Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from ARKVANTE. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Condition of items

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In its original condition with all tags attached
In its original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Please include a clear photo if the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

We will confirm your request and share the return address. Please do not send anything back before we confirm — unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product — we cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning for any other reason (change of mind, size, colour) — the return shipping cost is yours.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer — we will ask for your account details.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
